Contracting entity: PortalWeb GmbH, Kornmattstrasse 24, 6460 Altdorf, Switzerland. (“TradingSignals24”, “we”, “us”, “our”)
These Terms govern access to and use of TradingSignals24 services, including our websites, Telegram bots and groups, content, signals, and any software or materials we provide (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you (“you” or the “User”) agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1) Definitions
- Signals: Alerts we publish (e.g., instrument, direction, Entry, Stop-Loss, Take-Profit, commentary).
- Free Channel: Any no-fee Telegram channel we operate.
- VIP Subscription: Paid access delivered primarily via Telegram bot and private Telegram groups.
- Account: Your access credentials (Telegram username, payment ID, etc.).
- Third-Party Services: Telegram, Myfxbook, payment processors, MT4/MT5, TradingView, brokers, prop firms.
- Content: Signals, posts, messages, images, videos, docs, training guides, templates, and any IP we provide.
2) Acceptance of Terms
By clicking Start, subscribing via our Telegram bot, or accessing any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent you are authorized to bind that entity and “you” includes that entity.
3) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. You must not be a person or entity barred from using the Service under applicable laws, sanctions, or export controls.
4) Service Description (Scope & Limits)
TradingSignals24 provides educational trading information and alerts distributed primarily via Telegram. We may also provide onboarding guides, risk-management frameworks, monthly performance summaries, and links to Myfxbook where our live account statistics are displayed. We are not a broker, asset manager, or investment adviser and do not execute trades for you.
The Service is offered on a best-effort basis. The timing, frequency, markets covered (e.g., Forex, Crypto, Indices, Gold), and content format may vary with market conditions and our internal policies. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect at any time (see Section 16).
5) No Investment Advice (Educational-Only)
All information is for educational purposes only and is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. We do not take into account your personal circumstances. Any decision to place a trade is solely yours. You are responsible for verifying that any trade is appropriate for your objectives, risk tolerance, and financial situation.
6) Risk Disclosure (CFDs, Leverage, Losses)
Trading leveraged products such as CFDs, futures, and crypto derivatives involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of all invested capital. Past performance, whether live or simulated, is not indicative of future results. Markets can move rapidly; slippage, gaps, latency, and outages can occur. Do not trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.
7) Performance & Results Disclaimer
We may link to Myfxbook and publish monthly summaries. Verification on Myfxbook (e.g., “Track Record” and “Trading Privileges”) refers to Myfxbook’s processes and does not guarantee profits or accuracy beyond those processes. Past or historical results do not guarantee future performance. We may revise or correct results if errors are discovered.
8) Accounts & Access (Telegram)
Access is primarily managed via Telegram bots and groups. You are responsible for:
(a) keeping your devices secure; (b) ensuring only you access your VIP account; (c) notifying us promptly of unauthorized use.
We may revoke access if we suspect sharing, scraping, or abuse (see Sections 10–11 and 31).
9) License to Use (Single Seat)
Subject to these Terms and your timely payment, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, single-user license to access the Service for your own educational use. Resale, redistribution, or public posting of our Content is prohibited unless we give prior written permission.
10) Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Forward, repost, or resell Signals outside the authorized Telegram groups (“signal leaking”).
- Share screenshots, copy/republish Content, or operate “signal copier” services for others.
- Scrape, harvest, or automate downloads of our Content or group messages.
- Circumvent access controls, reverse engineer our bot/automation, or interfere with the Service.
- Harass members or staff; post spam, illegal, defamatory, or infringing materials.
- Use the Service in violation of laws, exchange rules, or third-party terms (brokers, prop firms, Telegram).
11) Fair Use & Anti-Piracy
To protect members, we may implement measures such as: device/session limits; watermarking; bait signals; access logs; or invite-link tracking. Unauthorized sharing may result in immediate termination without refund, civil claims for damages, and/or reporting to platforms.
12) Pricing & Billing
VIP pricing is displayed at checkout (e.g., $80/month, unless otherwise stated). Prices are shown in the listed currency and may exclude taxes/VAT where applicable. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for recurring fees and applicable taxes. You agree to keep your payment details current.
13) Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
Subscriptions auto-renew each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel inside the Telegram bot before renewal to avoid the next charge. Access remains active until the end of the paid term. We do not prorate partial periods.
14) Refund Policy & Cooling-Off
Because access is digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
- EU/UK consumers: If applicable, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge you lose the statutory withdrawal right once access begins.
- We may, at our discretion, offer goodwill credits; such gestures do not waive this policy.
15) Trials, Promotions, Coupons
Trial terms (if any) are stated at signup. We may modify or end promotions without notice. Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash, may expire, and may not be combined unless expressly allowed.
16) Changes to the Service or Prices
We may modify features, frequency of signals, covered markets, or pricing at any time. Material changes to paid plans will be announced by reasonable notice (e.g., in-bot message, email, or website). Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
17) Delivery, Latency & Uptime
Signals are distributed via third-party networks (Telegram, internet). Delivery time is not guaranteed. Outages, delays, device settings, or platform throttling may occur. We provide the Service on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
18) Third-Party Services & Links
You may need third-party tools (e.g., Telegram, Myfxbook, MT4/MT5, TradingView, payment processors). These are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, security, or availability.
19) Regulatory Status
We are not a broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or fiduciary. We do not hold client funds or provide order-execution services. You remain responsible for broker selection, fees, and compliance with applicable regulations.
20) Prop-Firm Use Disclaimer
Our methods may align with common prop-firm risk rules (e.g., daily loss, max drawdown), but your use with any prop firm is at your own risk. Many prop firms prohibit copying or using third-party signals. You must follow your prop firm’s terms, and you bear all consequences of violations.
21) User Conduct & Community Rules
Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, threats, or spam. Keep discussions relevant to trading and education. We may remove content, mute, or ban users at our discretion to protect the community.
22) Intellectual Property
All Content and trademarks are owned by us or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited license in Section 9, no rights are granted. You agree not to remove proprietary notices or attempt to claim our Content as your own.
23) User Content & Feedback
If you submit ideas, suggestions, testimonials, or materials (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish the Feedback for any purpose, without compensation. Do not submit confidential or third-party-owned content without permission.
24) Privacy & Data Processing
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to such processing, including use of Telegram IDs and payment metadata for access control and fraud prevention.
25) Communications Consent
You agree that we may send you operational messages (e.g., subscription status, access notices, service updates) via Telegram, email, or in-app. Marketing communications will be sent only where permitted and can be opted out per our Privacy Policy.
26) Security & Account Responsibility
You are responsible for securing your devices and Telegram account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify info@tradingsignals24.com immediately. We are not responsible for losses arising from compromised devices or credentials under your control.
27) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TradingSignals24, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms or any law; (c) your violation of third-party rights; or (d) your trading decisions and outcomes.
28) Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE.
29) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST OPPORTUNITY, LOST DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THAT PERIOD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, the limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
30) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, platform failures, cyberattacks, strikes, government actions, war, or natural disasters.
31) Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access immediately (with or without notice) if you breach these Terms, violate laws, or engage in abuse, piracy, or community misconduct. Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease using the Content. Sections that by nature should survive (e.g., 5–7, 9–11, 22–29, 31–37) shall survive termination.
32) Governing Law & Venue / Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive venue for disputes shall be the courts of Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Optional arbitration clause (choose one or delete): Any dispute shall be finally settled by arbitration under the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration, seated in Zurich, in English, by one arbitrator. Judgment may be entered on the award in any court of competent jurisdiction.
33) Class Action Waiver / Jury Trial Waiver
To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration against us and waive any right to a jury trial.
34) Severability; Assignment; No Waiver
If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remainder will remain in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or sale. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
35) Entire Agreement & Order of Precedence
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms in the checkout flow, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede prior understandings. In case of conflict, the specific plan terms prevail over these Terms, which prevail over the Privacy Policy.
36) Changes to Terms & Notice
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by reasonable means (e.g., website post, in-bot message, or email). Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
37) Language & Translation
These Terms are provided in English. Translated versions (if any) are for convenience only; the English version controls in case of conflict.
